The following conditions also apply to external internet sites operated by Bozeman Field School, Inc. (BFS)—such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.—to the extent applicable. By accessing, browsing or interacting with this Site or any external Site (collectively referred to as “Site”) operated by BFS, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Site Terms & Conditions of Use.

Proprietary Materials

All text, photographs, graphics, typographic devices, borders, patterns, backgrounds, compiled lists, audio and/or video components or other graphic material on this site is copyrighted content (the “Content”) owned by BFS. No part of this Site may be copied, reproduced, published, broadcast, rewritten for broadcast or publication, publicly or privately performed, redistributed directly or indirectly in any medium, commercially exploited for sale or trade or otherwise used or freely transferred, except for private, personal, noncommercial use by individual visitors, or with the prior express written permission of BFS. Use of this Site

Privacy Policy

BFS recognizes Visitors’ privacy concerns and the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected from BFS Visitors. As a general policy, BFS does not automatically collect personally identifiable information such as a Visitor’s name, company, e-mail address, or IP address. Personally identifiable information is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted via email or web form. BFS uses this information only for the purpose for which it is submitted unless BFS discloses other uses at the time of collection.

BFS discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Bozeman Field School’s behalf or to provide services available at Bozeman Field School’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of Montana or the United States; by using Bozeman Field School’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. BFS will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. BFS may share personally identifiable information with other parts of our organization. BFS is not responsible for the practices of any third party sites which link to or from the Site. Although most changes are likely to be minor, BFS may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Bozeman Field School’s sole discretion. Attention Children

If you are under the age of 13, you must get permission from one of your parents before you send any information about yourself or others through the Site.

If you receive permission from one of your parents to submit your name to be publicly posted on the Site, you should never use your full name. Just submit your first name or initials.

BFS encourages parents to supervise their childrens’ activities online and to participate with their children whenever possible.
